I'm telling you, eating this way and putting food on the table is very simple. When you go back to basics and are dealing with fresh quality food you don't need it to be fancy. You don't need to spend a long time cooking in the kitchen. All this is-2 drumsticks marinated on Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) for a couple hours in the fridge, just add a few tablespoons to a container and cover the chicken with water and pop it in the fridge. I use it a lot, it's sort of a meat tenderizer, wakes up the flavor and works as a drawing agent to get the nutrients from the bones. I just baked them in the oven and added some natural bbq sauce while still cooking. Put them in for 35-40 minutes on 375 degrees. Then potatoes sliced thin and fried in coconut oil. Make sure not to overcook your potatoes, you want them as raw as possible. And lastly cucumbers sliced and covered in dressing. The dressing is 1 tbs coconut oil clarified (heat it up first to liquify), 1 tbs white vinegar, 1 tbs honey (raw is best), and 1/2 tbs dijon mustard. Pour over and eat immediately or the coconut oil will harden by the cool of the cucumber. :)
