This is a quick, simple, and relatively cheap dessert to make not just for your family - but for parties as well. It's low cal, low-carb and even low sugar. 


Fresh Strawberries (or use whatever berries you have available in season)
Light Whipped Cream
Dessert Shells (you can make them, but it's fast to just buy them made)

And then all you gotta do, it put the whip in, then top with a strawberry. The dessert cups only have 9 grams of sugar, and 17 carbs. The whip is 2 grams of sugar and pretty low-cal. It's ready made portion control as well!:)
